About the project

STEP-CAR is an online service for car owners: register for a car wash, view your visit history, provide feedback to the car wash and manage your vehicles. Adaptive interface, chat, quick order repeat, detailed information about each wash.

Business problem

• Automate customer registration for a car wash through a convenient web interface.
• Provide control of your cars, view history and repeat orders.
• Organize online communication with the car wash and customer support.
• Implement a system of alerts, reminders and feedback via email.

Technical solution

• Sign up for a car wash: select the day, time, complex and services, comments on the order.
• Personal account with information about your “native” car wash, address, contacts, work schedule, services and comfort.
• Visit history: order archive, repeat recording, visit statistics.
• Vehicle management: adding, deleting, editing vehicles, user profile.
• Chat: separate sections for communicating with the car wash and developers, the ability to leave feedback.
• Informational email notifications about record status, profile changes, successful service.
• Scenarios for confirming washing, restoring and changing passwords, authorization and registration.
