As of 11 October 2026, the public offers reviewed for clinic website development start at RUB 90,000–95,000 for a landing page or small website. Published packages for multi-page sites start at RUB 180,000–250,000, packages with booking and a medical information system (MIS) integration at RUB 280,000–450,000, and clinic network sites at RUB 450,000–800,000. These are starting prices from specific providers, rather than a market average or NBM-IT's price list. Their scopes differ, so compare estimates against the same brief.

This article helps clinic owners and marketers identify the work they are paying for: pages and content, the difference between an enquiry form and a confirmed appointment, MIS integration, and costs after launch. For structure and interface ideas, see our medical website examples.

How much does a clinic website cost? Public offers

We reviewed the published packages of three providers on 11 October 2026. Each figure is a starting price, rather than a fixed project quote. These offers are not a statistical sample and do not establish a market average.

Format Published starting price Advertised scope
Landing page or small website From RUB 90,000 at Team-B; from RUB 95,000 at MedicMarketing One speciality or a small clinic, basic pages and a booking enquiry form; confirm the exact scope in the contract
Multi-page website From RUB 180,000 at Team-B; from RUB 250,000 at PRIMO Service and doctor directories. PRIMO's Start package specifies 10–15 pages and 5–7 doctors
Website with MIS integration and online booking From RUB 280,000 at Team-B; from RUB 450,000 at PRIMO The advertised format includes booking integration; the brief determines the scope of data exchange
Clinic network website From RUB 450,000 at Team-B; from RUB 800,000 at PRIMO Branch pages and more complex workflows. PRIMO's package also advertises a patient account and multiple integrations

A minimum package price describes that provider's offer. A landing page price cannot establish the budget for a multi-speciality clinic with dozens of doctors and services: pages, editorial work, doctor–service relationships, booking and support need their own assessment.

What goes into the estimate

Structure and content

First identify the website's content types: specialities, services, doctors, branches, prices, documents and booking methods. If a doctor works at two branches and provides several services, patients need to understand those relationships and editors need to maintain them in the CMS.

The estimate depends on who prepares copy, photographs, doctors' education details, documents and prices. Confirm the number of page templates and the number of pages the provider will populate. A “50-page website” might mean five carefully designed templates with completed content, or fifty pages whose materials the clinic still needs to assemble.

Design and development

A ready-made solution can speed up standard sections. Consider custom design when doctor selection differs, the branch structure is complex, or the clinic already has an established brand. In either case, the estimate should cover mobile layouts, accessible controls, form testing and the ability to update information without a developer.

Ask whether existing URLs and content will be migrated. A redesign of a clinic website with search traffic needs an old-to-new URL map, redirects, indexing checks and analytics checks. These tasks can be missed when an estimate simply says “website migration”.

Booking: enquiry form, widget or MIS integration

A “Book an appointment” button can lead to three different workflows:

Option Patient experience What to assess
Enquiry form Leaves contact details; an administrator confirms the time Enquiry delivery, consent, spam protection, notifications and handling workflow
External booking widget Selects a time through a third-party service Service fees, appearance, passing the selected doctor and service, analytics
MIS integration Sees available slots and the booking enters the clinic's system API availability, synchronisation rules, cancellations and rescheduling, branches, roles and exchange errors

An enquiry form does not itself confirm an appointment. If the clinic offers an available slot, establish which system owns the schedule and how the website receives updates. In its BARS MIS integration case , NBM-IT describes medical resource exchange and booking. The case helps identify integration tasks, but its budget cannot be transferred to another project.

Checking required information

For Russian medical organisations, Roszdravnadzor reminds website owners to publish medical staff information, including education and current accreditation or certification, referring to Ministry of Health Order No. 118n of 13 March 2025 and Federal Law No. 323-FZ. The staff information list also appears in Appendix 1 to Order No. 118n. Budget for collecting, checking, publishing and maintaining these details. The clinic's legal and medical reviewers should verify the full set of applicable disclosures and service wording.

Agree separately on what information forms request and where it is stored. Define personal data processing, consent and staff access before developing a form or patient account. The work depends on the clinic's actual workflow.

Costs that may sit outside the starting price

Before comparing offers, ask each provider to mark every item as “included”, “charged separately” or “supplied by the clinic”:

  1. CMS licence, domain, hosting, backups and technical support.
  2. Doctor and branch photography, copy, medical review and profile population.
  3. MIS access, booking service licence, work by its provider and an integration test environment.
  4. Existing website migration, URL redirects, analytics setup and booking event checks.
  5. Updating prices, schedules, doctors and required disclosures after launch.

Separate monthly support from one-off development. Team-B, for example, lists support separately from RUB 15,000 per month. This is that provider's advertised price; check the scope and conditions in its contract.

Calculate first-year costs

Add one-off work, licence payments and the actual months of support and booking service use in your chosen period. Confirm whether tax and subscription renewals are included, when paid support begins and how many changes are covered. Count each payment once.

First-year budget = one-off work + licence payments during the period + recurring payments for months of use + separately agreed improvements

If an integration cannot yet be estimated, mark the line “API assessment required” and request a discovery quote. Do not enter zero: the unknown work remains part of the project. This model compares offers; it does not calculate the clinic's return on investment.

How to test booking before acceptance

Agree on testable workflows before approving the estimate. Use fictitious data in a test environment, without real patient information.

Scenario Booking checks before launch
Doctor and branch selection The enquiry or booking retains the selected details; the administrator sees the correct branch
Time confirmation An enquiry form clearly states that an administrator will confirm the time. Integrated booking confirmation reflects the MIS result
Slot already taken The user sees a clear result and can choose another time; the website does not report success after the MIS rejects the booking
Repeated click Repeated submissions follow an agreed rule, without uncontrolled duplicate creation
MIS unavailable An agreed contact option appears, the responsible person sees the error, and an enquiry does not disappear without notice
Cancellation or rescheduling If included in scope, the change appears in the clinic's system and the user's confirmation

Ask the provider to specify which scenarios are included, who participates from the MIS provider and what evidence demonstrates acceptance. Enquiry forms, external widgets and full integrations require different checks.

How to request comparable estimates

Prepare a short brief and send the same version to several providers. Start with seven questions:

  1. How many branches, specialities, services and doctors are included at launch?
  2. Is there an existing website? Which URLs and materials must be retained?
  3. Who supplies copy, photographs, prices and doctor information? Who reviews them?
  4. How does booking work now: telephone, form, external service or MIS? Which system is used, and is its API available?
  5. Are patient accounts, payments, multiple languages or specific staff roles required?
  6. Who updates the website after launch, and how quickly must prices and schedules change?
  7. What defines acceptance: pages, working booking scenarios, analytics, disclosures, access rights and editor instructions?

Compare estimates by stage: discovery, design, development, content, integration, testing, launch and support. Ask for assumptions and change pricing. Review scope differences and exclusions before comparing totals.

For a clinic with service and doctor directories, corporate website developmentcan be a starting point. NBM-IT needs your brief, integrations and clinic materials for an estimate; the figures above belong to other providers.

FAQ

Can we start with one page?

Yes, if the clinic launches one speciality and a page with services, specialists, contacts and a clear contact method meets patients' needs. Multiple specialities, branches and doctors require a structure that gives each patient question an appropriate page.

How much does a separate MIS integration cost?

There is no universal price. It depends on the MIS capabilities, API access, booking and cancellation workflows, branch count and data exchange rules. Request a separate integration estimate after the system's technical assessment.

Do we need to pay for ongoing SEO immediately?

Plan ongoing SEO as a separate budget if needed. During development, establish the service, doctor and branch structure, preserve URLs during a redesign and configure booking analytics. For these tasks, see our medical website SEO guide.

Checked on 11 October 2026. The quoted prices are the named providers' offers on the review date; your clinic's quotation depends on its brief.
