An intelligent assistant agent has been developed, built into the CRM of the “Everything for Rublyovka” agency. It helps realtors create text and visual content, format news, property descriptions, select options based on client requests, and create expert publications. The system has built-in text generation (YandexGPT, GigaChat, OpenAI, Gemini) and image generation for object cards and news. An agent significantly speeds up the work of a realtor and improves the quality of marketing materials for the premium real estate segment.
