The website of the 1st RUSBMT Congress is a modern digital platform for doctors, researchers, nurses, laboratory diagnostics and rehabilitation specialists. Includes online registration, abstract upload, session program, travel grant system and detailed information for participants and sponsors.
Business problem
- Provide a modern, convenient tool for registering and participating in the congress.
- Organize a centralized reception, processing and evaluation of abstracts with a distribution system by topic and author.

Results
- The Congress received more than 700 registrations and over 200 abstracts through the website in 2 months.
- Submission, sorting and review of abstracts are fully automated - saving more than 80 hours of work for the organizing committee.
- All travel grants and applications were distributed automatically—less than 15% of requests were processed manually.
- The program of sessions is available in an online table and for downloading; 100% of participants noted the ease of use of the site.
- The site provided a high level of transparency and support: not a single participant missed key stages thanks to e-mail notifications and a personal account.
- Support for English and Russian interfaces for international participants has been implemented.
